As a first-generation Middle Eastern American, I wholeheartedly understand generational trauma, cultural burdens and intersectionality. I have helped teach other therapists in over 8 official IFS trainings to deepen their work on their own parts. I am also heavily influenced by Jung. I also have a passion for helping BIPOC heal legacy burdens and energy passed down the family tree and connect with their ancestral heirlooms. The majority of my experience includes working with childhood trauma, neglect, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, queer identity and grief. As we work together, my intention is to help you heal connections that may have been buried away because of trauma, abuse, and dysfunctional relationships.
